Hannah has an integral role in the success of Kukri, managing our fantastic customer service team, who deal with any customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner. She is also a personal account manager for some of our key partners.
Hannah is fully qualified with over 7 years industry experience to underpin her skills.
What is your background?
“I grew up in Lytham St Annes, with my parents, younger sister and dog, Max. After obtaining my University Degree I began working in customer services, which I really enjoyed. I am very much a people person and I find dealing with enquiries on a daily basis very rewarding. I also take great pride in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience from Kukri.
Growing up I wasn’t a very confident sports player, but since joining Kukri I have realised how important staying active is for our physical and mental health and would encourage anyone of any ability to stay active”
What do you enjoy about working at Kukri?
“I really enjoy working for a fantastic company and brand, especially as no day is ever the same, as a team we are involved in some really exciting projects, whilst maintaining strong relations with our wonderful partners.”
What do you enjoy doing when away from work?
“I enjoy going to the gym each week and walking in the Lake District with my fiancé. I also enjoy cooking and make a pretty good roast dinner – if I do say so myself”
