Delivery

With the different types of products that we sell, there are different pricing and dispatch times. Please choose an order type for more information.

Bespoke

Deliveries of orders placed through our Kit Designer will be made to the address specified on your account, unless you specify otherwise. We aim to deliver our totally bespoke products within 13 weeks from the date that your order is confirmed.

The 13 week lead time has allowed us to reduce our carbon footprint, switching from air freight to sea freight. If you need your kit sooner, talk to our customer service team about UK production options, or alternatively you can pay an additional cost for air freight.

Delivery for kit designer orders to be delivered to the UK will cost £20 if the value of the order is below £3,000. For orders over £3,000, delivery is free.

Orders placed from outside of the UK will incur additional delivery charges, which will be charged at cost.

Stock

All of our stock orders are dispatched by UPS. We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.

Please be aware that someone will need to sign for your item; UPS usually deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address.

Personalised

Orders for any stock that you have personalised (including university items) will be delivered within 15 working days. At peak times, this may be longer. All items will be delivered together, unless we inform you otherwise.

We are able to accept the below payment methods through our website: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. For offline orders, we can also accept BACS or cheque.

Personalisation

Logo application types

Your logo can be added to any item using print, sublimation or embroidery, depending on the product.

Embroidery: A traditional embroidered logo is ideal for leisurewear, but may damage more delicate fabrics.

Sublimation: If you're thinking of getting a sublimated kit, your logo can be printed directly onto the garment at no extra cost.

Print: Printing your logo onto your team's kit is great alternative to embroidery. It is lightweight and printed onto the fabric.

Uploading your logo

To preview your logo on your design, upload a .jpeg, .png, or .gif file. Depending on your file format, your logo may have a background colour, this is for illustration purposes only and will be confirmed after submitting your order.

We recommend uploading supporting files to ensure we are able to recreate your logo accurately. Where possible, please attach one of the following formats: .eps, .ai, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf.

Note: we cannot take responsibility for the reproduction of artwork that has been supplied in any other format than stated above.

Regular (Classic) fit

A traditional, standard cut for enhanced range of motion and an effortlessly relaxed fit.

Athletic fit

A slimmer, tighter cut that delivers optimal mobility by eliminating the bulk of extra fabric.

Product Care

Each of our garments contain a wash care label which lets you know how best to look after your kit. Make sure to check this label and follow it carefully to ensure a longer garment life span.

General rules

There are some general rules which will help when caring for your kit.

  • Do not wash your kit above 40 degrees, some fabrics require extra care and should be washed at 30 degrees. (fabric's containing elastane, and Rip Stop Polyester).
  • So that stains do not fix to the garment, playing kit needs to be washed as soon after play as is feasible.
  • Don't leave it in a kit bag to brew or dry out as it will be harder (or impossible!) to remove the stain once dry.
  • We would advise that heavily soiled kit has the surface dirt removed before washing in a machine (with a brush, hose or in a bucket of water).
  • Soaking the garment in water for a period prior to washing can help lift out stains. Using neat detergent or non-bleach stain remover can also help remove stubborn stains.
  • Do not tumble dry any kit - air dry and reshape whilst damp.
  • Do not pile up or fold garments whilst damp, this can cause colour transfer, and cause damage to logos.
  • Always wash socks separately, especially if they are darker than your kit.
  • Never iron printed logos as the heat can damage the embellishment.

On the reverse of the wash care label, further instructions are given and may include: Wash Separately, Mild Detergent, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Tumble Dry, Hang Dry, Warm Iron, Do Not Iron Prints, Iron Inside Out, Flat Dry.

Samples

We are happy to supply you with samples of our wide range of garments, however, we do ask that our customers return these samples for our future use. We have therefore set out the below instructions to enable you to get the samples you need.

Requesting samples

Please liaise with your sales manager and/or customer service representative to arrange your samples.

Once you have agreed which garments you would like, we will arrange for a deposit to be taken. This deposit will vary depending on the number of sample garments requested (see table below).

We loan samples for up to 28 days (from receipt), providing you with ample time to assess the garments and make decisions about products you would like to order.

Please see the 'Returning samples' section below to ensure your products are returned promptly and correctly.

Sample deposits

We request that our customers pay the below deposits dependent on the number of samples that you take. This deposit will be returned in full when all of the garments are returned in a satisfactory condition.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a method of applying a printed design to a garment. This gives you total freedom over the design and colour of your kit. All logos and sponsors are printed on at one time, meaning that you can have as many logos as you want at no extra cost.

Returns

Returns Policy

Our Returns policy varies depending on the type of products you have ordered. See below for more information on each type of order and their return eligibility. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please read this information carefully avoid disappointment.

Bespoke

Goods that have been designed using our Kit designer, or have been purchased on behalf of a School/College/University or organisation, or whose kit is of a bespoke design (I.E. not available as part of our Stock range). These bespoke goods are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exception: We will only accept returns for Bespoke orders in the event of a manufacturing fault. Where the fault is evident on delivery, for example, a name has been spelt incorrectly, this must be reported to Kukri immediately and the faulty item returned within 28 days of delivery, in their original condition, with all tags, bags and labels attached. Kukri reserve the right to reject your claim if you report or return your goods after the 28th day of delivery. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions. For all other faults, please call our Customer Services Team.

Personalised / Customized Order

Stock item(s) that you have customised, or where you have purchased customised stock on behalf of a School/College/University or organisation, whose kit include logo(s), name(s) and/or number(s). These garments are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exception: We will only accept returns for Personalised/Customised orders in the event of a manufacturing fault. Plain Stock

You can return plain stock items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted. We will process accepted returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return.

Sample Order

Where a sample order has been agreed as returnable, they should be returned to Kukri within 28 days of the despatch date. Any samples returned outside of this time will not be accepted and you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. The garment must be returned in their original condition with all labels, tags and bags intact, soiled Samples will incur a £5 dry cleaning charge. Damaged garments will result in the deposit being retained. Bespoke and customised orders are non-returnable when purchased as a sample.

Please take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. We ask that all labels and tags are not removed until you are sure that you are keeping your goods, along with any original packaging, to avoid rejection of your return. This is applicable for both faulty and non-faulty items. Goods should not be soiled or damaged in any way.

Returned orders should be sent via courier or registered post to ensure if can be tracked in the event the courier fails to deliver your parcel to Kukri. Kukri are not responsible for returns that do not arrive. All return costs are payable by the customer, except where a manufacturing fault has been confirmed by Kukri. We will then refund the return postage costs up to £8inc VAT for UK returns and £25 inc VAT for international returns. Proof of postage will be required before any credit or refund is processed.

Please allow 10 working days for your return or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your return, and a further 5-10 working days for any funds owed to clear into your account. This is dependent on your bank or credit card company.

Please note: Our standard product warranty for garments is 6 months from manufacture.

How to Return your goods

We've simplified our returns process, to make it easier for you. Please ensure that you follow these steps, as failure to do so may cause delay or non-acceptance of a return. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

Step 1 I Set up your return with customer services

Please contact our Customer Services team on 01772 338899 or email us at contact@kukrisports.com to obtain your Claim reference number, without this your return may not be processed.br

If you are returning a plain Stock item for a refund or exchange, this should be reported and returned to us within 14 days of delivery. If you have a non-faulty garment which has been designed on our Kit designer (i.e. not available from our Stock range) or you have a personalised/customised Stock item, which has a Logo, Name and/or Number, these cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing fault. In which case the standard terms of return apply. Please see the Returns Policy for details.

Step 2 I Fill in the returns form

Once you have been given a Claim Reference number, please complete the Returns form (link below) and enclose it with any returns. We are unable to process returns without a valid Claim Reference and accompanying Returns for.

Step 3 I Post your items back to us

Please make sure that you enclose the returns form, as we will not be able to accept the return without this. We also recommend that you use a tracked mail service, in case your parcel gets lost.

Note: To ensure the health and safety of our staff, goods must be returned in an unsoiled condition. Please ensure that all goods are washed prior to returning them.

Your return postage will be reimbursed only in the event of a manufacturing error, to the maximum value of £8 UK mainland and £25 internationally.
